He noted that recently there has been active discussion on social media regarding rumors about the deputy's father's involvement in criminal activities.
“It is necessary to conduct a legal assessment of these claims. If the information is confirmed, Azhibaev will have to not only resign from his position as vice-speaker but also relinquish his deputy powers, as such information damages the reputation of the entire Jogorku Kenesh,” Joroev added.
It is worth mentioning that Chyngyz Azhibaev today independently resigned from his position as vice-speaker.
