In response, the company's president Almanbek Ismailov noted that the company had previously been allocated 2 billion 600 million soms, adding that despite the opening of a criminal case on January 24, 2025, the joint-stock company continues its activities.
"When the cabinet of ministers established 'Kyrgyzindustriya', it was proposed to merge 16 state enterprises, but unfortunately, the company's management made a different choice, creating 63 LLCs, of which 20-30 have already been liquidated," he commented. These words caused discontent from Kamila Talieva. "You claim that the previous management acted incorrectly. What will happen if tomorrow people start talking about you in a similar way? I knew Zharasul Abdurayimov, who dedicated his life to production. He was a simple man and never stole. I believe that his detention was based on rumors. Yes, the companies were provided with 2 billion soms, but it was with their help that he restored 'Kyrgyzindustriya' and did much for its development! This is worth mentioning at least for the sake of history. He became a victim of slander and, unfortunately, this led to his death. How many people are we destroying with an information war! It is necessary to speak the truth. Be careful with your statements," the deputy addressed Ismailov.
It is worth noting that in January of last year, the GKNB announced the initiation of a criminal case for corruption against high-ranking officials of the joint-stock company "Kyrgyzindustriya". In 2021, the cabinet of ministers established the company, and from 2022 to 2024, more than 2.3 billion soms were allocated from the budget. However, according to the GKNB, some officials of the company created a corrupt scheme aimed at embezzling and misappropriating budget funds through subsidiary companies.
The investigation established that more than 40 unprofitable enterprises were created, into which significant funds were invested without the possibility of their return. The structure of the joint-stock company included numerous managerial positions: out of 75 employees, 33 held management positions. Friends and relatives were appointed to these positions, receiving high salaries. At the same time, many managers simultaneously held positions in subsidiary companies, which also allowed them to receive additional income.
As part of the criminal case, former president of the joint-stock company "Kyrgyzindustriya" Zharasul Abdurayimov and vice president B. B. were detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the GKNB.
Unfortunately, on October 7, 2025, it became known about Abdurayimov's death.
