The loan term is 25 years, with the first 5 years being a grace period, at an annual interest rate of 1.5%. The funding will be directed towards the construction of five new schools and seven additional educational buildings in Bishkek, as well as two new schools in the Chui region, each designed for 150-1000 student places. The project is expected to start in 2026 and be completed in 2029, including two years for construction and one year for warranty service.
