- During the meeting of the Committee of the Jogorku Kenesh on international affairs, defense, security, and migration, several bills were presented and approved:

- "On the ratification of the Protocol amending the Marrakech Agreement concerning the World Trade Organization (Agreement on Fisheries Subsidies)," which was adopted at the 12th WTO Ministerial Conference on June 17, 2022, in Geneva — in the first reading.

- "On the ratification of the Loan Agreement between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Saudi Development Fund for the project 'Construction of Public Schools' Phase 2," signed on October 9, 2025, in Bishkek — in the second reading.

- "On the ratification of the Loan Agreement 'First Program for Sustainable and Inclusive Growth' between the Kyrgyz Republic and the OPEC Fund for International Development, signed on September 22, 2025, in Bishkek — in the second reading.

The goal of the WTO Protocol on Fisheries Subsidies is to limit destructive subsidies that contribute to overfishing and the depletion of fish resources, which, in turn, promotes sustainable development of fisheries at the international level.

The loan of 30 million dollars from the OPEC Fund (for a term of 20 years, with a grace period of 5 years and an interest rate of 1.25%) under the program 'First Program for Sustainable and Inclusive Growth' will be used to improve energy supply, social services, enhance climate resilience, financial stability, and the business climate.

All three bills received the committee's approval and will be forwarded for further consideration at the plenary session of the Jogorku Kenesh.
