Deputy Foreign Minister Almaz Imangaziev noted that this agreement defines the conditions for the placement of diplomatic missions of both countries, allowing Bishkek and Astana to exchange real estate and land plots on a gratuitous basis.
Among the transferred properties are both embassy buildings and the residences of ambassadors.
The agreement, signed on August 22, 2025, in Bishkek, establishes equal conditions for the work of diplomats and legally exempts the parties from obligations regarding rent for the territories used.
