Earlier in his letter, Zhetigen mentioned that on March 2, he was placed in SHIZO by the order of the head of the operational department named Ulan, who accused him of agitating other prisoners, promising "harsh conditions" in return. The poet denied these accusations, calling them "absolute lies," and emphasized that he has never supported the criminal world. The issue was taken up by the ombudsman’s office, while the GSIN denied the facts of oppression, stating that the information about violations of Zhetigen's rights is not true.
