“Journalists didn’t even ask me questions about what happened. Before publishing the video, it would have been possible to clarify how everything actually was. As a result, it came to this: trash was thrown on my car,” the deputy shared.
Despite the incident, Kokulov stated that he does not intend to seek out the guilty party, although, in his opinion, this could have been done using surveillance cameras.
He admitted that he violated traffic rules, but expressed dissatisfaction that the patrol arrived at his home around 11:00 PM, while the violation itself occurred around 7:00 PM.
Additionally, the deputy noted that the video published in the media was edited and creates a false impression of his disrespect for the law. He emphasized that he does not evade responsibility for his violation and is ready to pay the fine, suggesting discussing the situation the next day during working hours.
