The Embassy of Kazakhstan has confirmed that voting will be organized for its citizens residing in Kyrgyzstan.
Kazakhstanis in the Kyrgyz Republic will have the opportunity to participate in the national referendum regarding amendments and additions to the Constitution of Kazakhstan. This was announced by the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Kazakhstan to the Kyrgyz Republic, Rapil Zhoshbaev.
The voting will take place at polling station No. 428, which will be located at the Embassy of Kazakhstan at the address: Bishkek, Ch. Aitmatov Avenue, 95A. The station will open on March 15, 2026, and will operate from 07:00 to 20:00.
The ambassador added that citizens of Kazakhstan who are 18 years old and have a valid identification document will be able to participate in the voting.
The referendum will present a question regarding support for the amendments and additions to the Constitution of Kazakhstan. The diplomatic mission urged citizens of the republic who are in Kyrgyzstan not to miss the opportunity to vote.
