The main topic of discussion was the instruction from President Sadyr Japarov, which will come into effect in January 2026, regarding the cessation of unjustified inspections for entrepreneurs.
Shabdanbekov noted: "Honest businessmen should have the opportunity to work freely and confidently. The main task of law enforcement agencies is to protect the economy, not to create obstacles. We do not intend to interfere in your activities without grounds. In case of pressure on you, we are ready to provide protection. The main condition is openness and honesty in your work," he added.

Entrepreneurs also presented their ideas and opinions, calling for more active communication with the business community regarding changes in legislative initiatives.
In response, Shabdanbekov stated that all facts of illegal actions by officials or administrative obstacles against entrepreneurs would be thoroughly examined in accordance with the law. However, if any businessmen are found to be engaged in illegal activities or involved in criminal schemes, they will also have to answer to the law.
