The meeting took place as part of a new policy aimed at ending unjustified inspections of businesses, which was implemented at the direction of President Sadyr Japarov at the beginning of 2026.
Shabdanbekov emphasized that the stable functioning of businesses is critically important for the country's economic growth, job creation, and the formation of a tax base. He noted that such meetings should serve as a platform for open dialogue between entrepreneurs and government bodies.
“Honest entrepreneurs should have the opportunity to work freely. The main task of law enforcement agencies is not to create obstacles but to support the economy. We do not plan to interfere in your activities without grounds. In case of pressure on you, we are ready to protect you. The only condition is honest and open work,” he added.
Business representatives also expressed their proposals, emphasizing the importance of transparency in inspections and the need for more active communication regarding legislative changes.
The head of the SCNS assured that all facts of illegal actions by officials or administrative barriers against businesses will be considered strictly in accordance with the law. At the same time, he warned that entrepreneurs involved in illegal schemes will be held accountable for their actions.
