According to the police, a report of the incident was received via the "102" service from one of the medical institutions in the city. It is reported that on January 31 at 16:00, a minor named J. T. sustained injuries and encountered foul language in a public place. A recording of the incident soon appeared on social media.
The incident has been registered in the automated information system of the Lenin District Department of Internal Affairs. Necessary examinations are being conducted, and based on the results, a decision will be made regarding further actions related to the infliction of bodily harm.
As part of this case, a 25-year-old K. E. was brought to the police, who has become a subject of the case. A protocol has been drawn up against him under Article 126 of the Code of the KR on offenses for "petty hooliganism," related to his use of foul language in a public place. The man has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Lenin District Department of Internal Affairs.
Law enforcement agencies reminded that the use of foul language, aggressive behavior in public places, and disobedience to the lawful demands of police officers may lead to criminal liability in accordance with the legislation of Kyrgyzstan.
