According to information from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, explosive work is being carried out in the Otmok sections, in the Chychkan gorge, and at the Ala-Bel pass. The main objective of these activities is to guarantee safe travel along one of the country's most important transport arteries, reducing the likelihood of vehicle damage and preventing possible cases of injury.
During the work, temporary travel restrictions may be introduced.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations strongly urges drivers to pay close attention to road signs, heed temporary barriers, and maintain a distance of at least 500 meters between vehicles in hazardous areas of the road.
