On January 30, H.D., born in 2000, approached the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Ata District for help regarding an acquaintance. He reported that in December 2025, this person deceitfully took 38,500 soms from him, promising to reduce the amount of alimony from 8,300 to 4,700 soms.
This case was registered in accordance with Article 209 ("Fraud") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Police officers detained K.A., born in 1996, and placed him in a temporary detention facility. During the investigation, it was revealed that he spent the money on personal needs.
