In his statement, he indicated that M. M. (born in 1955), while in his home, used physical force and committed indecent acts against M. M. (born in 2011).
In connection with this incident, the investigative authorities initiated a criminal case under the article "Rape" according to the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Necessary expert examinations have been appointed regarding the victimized girl.
As of February 5, the suspect was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility, and the court ordered him to be sent to a pre-trial detention center for two months as part of the investigation.
