The State Committee for National Security returned agricultural facilities to the state in the area of Moldo-Niyaz in the Kadamjay district.

- In the Batken region, state ownership of a land plot and facilities in the Kadamjai district has been restored. This was reported by the State National Security Committee.

According to the agency, the plot in the Moldо-Niyaz area has an area of 0.86 hectares and includes a building for drying grain and fruits, as well as structures for storing agricultural products.

“In the early 2000s, this plot with the specified warehouses was illegally transferred to private ownership without the necessary legal documents. After investigations were conducted, the plot and facilities were fully returned to the state balance,” the message specifies.
