They referred to allegedly submitted applications for the legalization of land plots.

City hall representatives noted that department employees never request money via phone calls or through intermediaries. Citizens are strongly urged not to provide their personal information and money to strangers.
In case of suspicious situations, the city hall strongly recommends that citizens immediately contact law enforcement and report such cases to the Department of Individual Housing Construction and Urban Planning at the following phone numbers: 0312 97 92 97 and 0504 11 01 21.
