The operation for his detention, called "Bandit," took place on February 13. It involved officers from the Drug Control Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as representatives from Interpol and the Special Operations Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Bishkek.
According to information from the press service of the Drug Control Service, I.M.M. was wanted for committing crimes under Articles 228.1 (illegal sale of drugs in large or especially large quantities by a group of individuals by prior agreement) and 210 (organization of a criminal community or participation in it) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
The detainee is a member of an organized criminal group engaged in the sale of drugs through online stores operating in various cities in Russia.
He is currently placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek.
