It became known that the participants in the enforcement proceedings arrived at the Osh city department to check the arrears in alimony based on a court order from the Kara-Suu District Court dated February 28, 2020. The amount of the debt was 51,737 soms.
As a result of an internal investigation, the department's employees noted that no illegal actions or conflict situations were recorded during the verification of the debt. After the process was completed, all participants left the building.
The Service emphasized: "All circumstances related to the investigation occurred outside the walls of the department and are not connected with the work of our employees."
In addition, a criminal case was initiated on the fact of the use of physical violence on February 11 in accordance with Article 131, Part 2, Clause 3 of the Criminal Code.
A forensic medical examination established that the victim suffered health damage categorized as less severe.
A copy of the ruling on the initiation of the criminal case was sent to the prosecutor of the city of Osh, and the case is under the control of the prosecutor's office.
