As a result of the inspection, it was established that the operations of these institutions had been halted.
The investigation revealed that the staff and management of the centers employed unusual treatment methods, including physical violence, the use of electric shock devices, tying patients to furniture, and placing them in "isolation cells."
Additionally, during the inspection, powerful psychotropic drugs were found that were illegally used on clients.
Two cases of patient deaths were also recorded at the "Bishkek-Mayak" center.
As a result of the operation, seven individuals were detained, including E.u.Ch., K.K.B., R.F.S., Zh.A.Z., K.E., R.V.G., and M.A.A.
An investigation is currently underway.
