According to available data, a citizen named S.E. filed an official complaint with the local authorities. He reported that the security guards of the nightclub "Bulki" inflicted bodily harm on him on the night of January 30, 2026, around 05:00.

Based on this incident, the investigative authorities of the October district have initiated a criminal case under Article 280, concerning hooliganism, according to the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The victim has been assigned a forensic medical examination to determine the extent of his injuries.
During the operational activities named "Bandit," law enforcement officers detained the suspects — T.O., born in 2005, and J.R., born in 2006. Both were taken to the investigative department and, according to Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, placed in the temporary detention facility of the Interior Ministry of Bishkek.
The investigation is ongoing, and additional measures are being taken as part of the inquiry.
