According to information from the GKNB press center, the building is located in Batken, in the Batken region. The investigation revealed that in January 2010, the Ministry of State Property, based on the government resolution "On the program for the privatization of state property in the KR for 2008-2012," sold this building along with a land plot of 0.22 hectares, despite its strategic importance and in violation of existing regulations.
As a result of operational investigative actions, the building was returned to the state's balance, as reported in the press release.
