
According to the press service of the Internal Affairs Directorate, a report was received at the duty station via the 102 service that an unknown young man was offering mephedrone to girls in one of the houses on Matyiev Street. One of the complainants reported that his niece found herself in this situation and was also offered the drug.
The police arrived at the scene and confirmed the received information. As a result, three individuals were detained — two girls and a young man.
During the investigation, law enforcement officials found that various types of drugs were being used at the specified address, which was confirmed by a medical examination. Evidence indicating the enticement to use narcotic substances was also collected.

The Internal Affairs Directorate of the Lenin district has initiated a criminal case under Article 287 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the enticement to use drugs and related public calls.
The detained man, K.Z., born in 1992, has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek Internal Affairs Directorate in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code. The investigation is ongoing.
Law enforcement agencies reminded that criminal liability arises not only for the illegal trafficking and use of drugs but also for enticing others to use them. They also urged citizens to be attentive to their surroundings and for parents to closely monitor their children's lifestyle and social circle, responding to any alarming signals.
