
A man suspected of murdering his cohabitant, a 65-year-old woman, has been detained in the Chui region. The body of the deceased was found with bodily injuries in one of the houses in the village of Belovodskoye, located in the Moscow district.
According to information provided by the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui region, a report about the discovery was received by the local police department on February 13 at around 12:16 PM. An investigative operational group immediately went to the scene. The woman, born in 1960, was found on a sofa under an awning in the western part of the house. Upon examination of her body, injuries were identified on her neck, face, and back of the head.
It was revealed that the woman lived in this house with a citizen identified as M.R., born in 1982, and his two children. According to preliminary data, they had spent the previous day drinking alcohol, after which a conflict arose between them. During the quarrel, the man inflicted fatal bodily injuries on the woman.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 122 ("Murder") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The suspect has been detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. Currently, forensic examinations have been appointed, and the investigation is ongoing.
