According to the service, in January 2026, law enforcement seized 8 kilograms of methamphetamine, which corresponds to more than 50,000 doses. The market value of the seized drugs exceeds 53 million soms.
This fact was recorded under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the illegal manufacture and sale of drugs and psychotropic substances.
Currently, investigative actions are ongoing to identify other participants in the criminal scheme and possible sources of financing.
