The incident occurred when patrol officers stopped a Toyota Crown vehicle. Upon checking the documents, they discovered that the car was registered in another country and that the license plates were fake. As a result, the vehicle was impounded.
According to the investigation, the offender, wishing to retrieve his car, decided to offer a bribe to the traffic inspector.
During the investigation, the Internal Investigations Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained the suspect, known as K.A., at the moment of handing over the bribe.
Currently, investigative actions are ongoing.
