According to the press service of the Sverdlovsk District Department of Internal Affairs, on February 12 at approximately 05:10, the police received a signal from the City Clinical Hospital that a man with a head injury had been brought in and soon fell into a coma.
The investigative group found that on February 12, on Kurmanjan Datka Street, an unknown assailant attacked citizen T.M. during a verbal conflict. One of the attackers struck him on the head with an object, after which the assailants fled the scene.
In connection with the incident, the investigative service of the Sverdlovsk District Department of Internal Affairs initiated a criminal case under Article 130 (Causing serious harm to health) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The detainees were placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Department of Internal Affairs.
The investigation is ongoing.
