In connection with this incident, the investigative service of the Internal Affairs Department of the Oktyabrsky District initiated a criminal case under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational activities, law enforcement officers were able to identify the suspect, who turned out to be S. Ch., born in 1987. He was detained and brought to the investigative authorities, as well as placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Internal Affairs Department in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
