According to information from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a citizen identified as S. L., born in 1971, was arrested in Bishkek. He was wanted by law enforcement agencies in Kazakhstan on charges of creating an organized criminal group, fraud, and large-scale embezzlement. The total amount of damage caused was 183.6 million tenge (equivalent to 32.6 million soms).
In Cholpon-Ata, D. K., born in 1980, was detained, who was also wanted for large-scale fraud. It was established that he used a passport of a Kyrgyz citizen issued under a different name, and the amount of his criminal activities totaled 8,346,000 Russian rubles (or 9.3 million soms).
The Ministry of Internal Affairs emphasizes that the legality of obtaining the passport will be verified by the relevant authorities.Additionally, O. Ch., born in 1986, was detained in Bishkek, who was also on the international wanted list by law enforcement agencies in Turkey for committing fraud, making threats with a weapon, and causing bodily harm.
