On March 13, the press service of the UPSM reported that a driver of a "KIA" vehicle, born in 1992 and named A.T.J., was taken to the internal affairs department of the Lenin district, where a protocol was drawn up under Article 126 ("Petty Hooliganism") of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic. The man was placed in a temporary detention cell.
As the driver explained himself, the conflict arose due to road intolerance. In this regard, he urged all road users to remain calm and not give in to emotions.
