
On March 13, in Bishkek, near the banquet hall on Kozhomberdieva Street, a man was found with a gunshot wound in a car. According to the press service of the capital's Main Internal Affairs Directorate, the body of a citizen identified as K.K., born in 1981, was found in a GAC vehicle.
During the examination of the crime scene, investigators seized a smoothbore shotgun "Izh-18" caliber 12 mm, 13 cartridges, a shell casing, two mobile phones (iPhone-15 and Redmi), as well as a suicide note and other evidence.
According to preliminary findings from the forensic examination, the deceased had gunshot wounds to the chest area. An additional forensic examination has been appointed for a more accurate determination of the nature and extent of the injuries.
Police representatives reported that, according to preliminary data, the tragedy may have occurred due to debts that the man had.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 128, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Necessary investigative actions are currently ongoing.
