According to the press service of the Osh Department of Internal Affairs, on January 9, 2026, a 24-year-old citizen N.Z. filed a complaint with law enforcement agencies.
She reported that upon exiting the airport, her acquaintance, known as Sh., openly took her mobile phone model "Redmi 5" and 11,500 rubles.
Information about the incident was registered, and a preliminary investigation was initiated. As a result of operational-search activities, the suspect was identified as citizen Y. uulu Sh., born in 1996. He was taken to the investigative authorities.
Based on the collected evidence, a criminal case was initiated under Article 206 of the Criminal Code ("Robbery"), and operational-investigative actions began.
