Igor Filin won the gold medal at the Asian Championship

Athlete from Kyrgyzstan, Igor Filin, won a gold medal at the Asian Cycling Championship held in Saudi Arabia.

The competition among masters took place on February 8 over a distance of 62.4 km.

At the start in the 60-64 age category, there were 6 participants. Filin achieved a time of 3 hours 6 minutes 35 seconds (average speed 20.1 km/h), which allowed him to take first place and receive the gold medal.
