The financial and technical proposal in the second stage of the competition was submitted by the company OsOO "Tennis Park." The competition commission carefully reviewed all documents and deemed them compliant with all the requirements and conditions of the project.

Thus, OsOO "Tennis Park" was declared the winner of the competition and received the right to conclude an agreement on public-private partnership for the implementation of this project.
