As part of this program, an action plan, a matrix of monitoring indicators, and an evaluation of its implementation have also been adopted.
This initiative aims to create favorable conditions for involving broad segments of the population in football activities, improving players' skills, and instilling a healthy lifestyle habit among the youth.
Government bodies, as well as local self-governing bodies that will be involved in the implementation of the program, along with the legal entity association "Kyrgyz Football Union," must:
1) strictly adhere to the deadlines for the implementation of the action plan;
2) annually develop and implement their own plans based on the approved plan;
3) submit reports on the progress of the action plan to the State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports no later than the 5th day of the month following the reporting half-year.
The decree will come into effect ten days after its official publication.
