The competition, titled "Pearl of the Adriatic," started on March 4 in Budva and gathered participants no older than 19 years.
Kanybekov competed in the weight category up to 50 kg, where he faced off against 7 other boxers.
As a result of the draw, the Kyrgyzstani began his performances in the semifinals, where he met a boxer from Kazakhstan.
Despite losing with a score of 0:5, Kanybekov managed to win a bronze medal, securing third place.
