According to information provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, the new rule comes into effect immediately. It is aimed at strengthening relations between the two countries and stimulating the development of tourism exchange. Free visas will be available not only for tourists but also for those traveling to India for medical reasons or as companions.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan reminded that Indian citizens were previously allowed visa-free stay in Kazakhstan for up to 14 days, and now Kazakhstanis will be able to take advantage of more favorable conditions for trips to India.
