The incident occurred on February 7, Saturday, around 6:00 PM, when the ride, which had 26 people on it, unexpectedly collapsed. The "Top Spin" structure detached from its mountings during operation and fell to the ground, causing panic among visitors who tried to shelter from the falling parts.

Also known as "Tsunami," this ride simulates a giant wave, spinning passengers around its axis. Witnesses claim that one side of the structure broke off at a height, turning the entertainment into a life-threatening situation. Among the injured were both women and children.

The deceased was police inspector Jagdish Prasad, who was ensuring safety at the scene. He sustained a fatal head injury when the second part of the structure fell on him while he was trying to assist the injured. Doctors pronounced him dead at the hospital.

In response to the tragedy, the authorities of Haryana state initiated a detailed investigation. The police have already opened a criminal case against the owner of the ride. Officials reported that daily technical inspections were conducted, but the reasons for the accident are yet to be determined by experts.
