At the 2026 Olympic Games, ACHBADRAKH Batmunkh competed against the strongest skiers in the world in the skiathlon, as reported by MiddleAsianNews.
The 2026 Winter Olympic Games, taking place in Milan and Cortina, will be held from February 6 to 22. The first men's cross-country skiing competitions, including the skiathlon, started on February 8 in Val di Fiemme.

In the skiathlon competition over a distance of 10 km (10+10), Achbadrakh took 55th place out of 75 participants from 38 countries at the 2026 Winter Olympic Games. At the previous games in Beijing in 2022, he finished 65th in similar competitions.

In this tournament, athletes from Norway and France won, while a skier from Japan took 22nd place among the Asian participants.
Achbadrakh also plans to participate in the sprint races, which will take place on February 10.
