
A medical plane crashed in the eastern part of India, in the state of Jharkhand, with seven people on board. This was reported by the agency Report, citing information from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation of India (DGCA).
According to the agency's data, the Beechcraft C90 aircraft, owned by Redbird Airways, took off from the city of Ranchi and was heading to New Delhi. On board was a 41-year-old man who suffered burns over more than 60% of his body as a result of the accident.
Contact with the crew was lost 23 minutes after takeoff, after which the plane disappeared from radar.
The crash occurred in a remote forested area, complicating rescue operations.
Currently, there is no information on the number of injured or deceased. An investigation into the circumstances of the incident has already begun.
