According to information from the South China Morning Post, the zoo has started conducting tours where instead of pandas, employees dressed in animal costumes participate. Visitors can "feed" these staff members, and at the end of the tour, they are given special certificates.

The reaction of social media users to this initiative has been mixed. Some called it a phenomenon of avant-garde theater, others described it as surreal, while some noted that the project evokes both affection and sadness, reminding them of the animals that are no longer in the zoo.
