According to the agency, some online raffles conducted without the necessary licenses may mislead people by offering enticing prizes such as cars and cash rewards. "These actions violate the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and may threaten the financial security of citizens," specialists emphasize.
As a result of monitoring, Finanadzor identified several Instagram accounts that organized illegal raffles, requiring participants to purchase goods or services to take part:

The agency reminds that the mentioned accounts do not have a license to conduct lotteries and their actions exhibit signs of illegal raffles.

lack of official rules and conditions for conducting;
promises of valuable prizes, such as cars and large sums of money, without legal grounds.
