As a result of monitoring, Finanadzor identified several Instagram accounts that organized illegal raffles, requiring participants to purchase goods or services to take part:

Key signs of such illegal activities include:
- absence of permission to organize a lottery;
- requirement to pay for participation or make a purchase;
- lack of official rules and conditions for conducting;
- promises of valuable prizes, such as cars and large sums of money, without legal grounds.
