From February 17 to 20, 2026, Mongolia will close its automobile border crossings with Russia and China in connection with the celebration of the traditional Mongolian New Year, known as Tsagaan Sar.
The Main Customs Administration reports that the movement of international trains through the Zamyn-Uud border crossing will continue unchanged, as the schedule will remain the same.
