Comparing to the beginning of 2025, there is an increase in cash by 51.8 billion soms, which constitutes 24.4 percent.
Of the total cash amount, 36.2 billion soms are held in the cash registers of commercial banks, while 264.6 billion soms are outside the banking system, including funds from the population and business entities.
In the last quarter of the previous year, commercial banks received 1 trillion 680.2 billion soms, which is 18.7 percent higher than the corresponding figure for 2024. At the same time, 1 trillion 692.6 billion soms were withdrawn from the cash registers, which also indicates a growth of 19.1 percent compared to the previous year.
The cash return rate to the banks' cash registers during the reporting period was 99.3 percent, which is slightly lower than in the fourth quarter of the previous year.
