It is expected that in 2027, the budget surplus will amount to 40 billion 663.6 million soms, which corresponds to 1.7% of GDP. In 2028, it will increase to 51 billion 717.3 million soms, or 1.9% of GDP.
One of the priority areas for the use of funds will be financing economic development, including increasing the authorized capital of joint-stock companies with state participation and providing budget loans.
In addition, the Ministry of Finance noted that a significant portion of the funds will be directed towards repaying the national debt in the medium term.
It is worth adding that the surplus of the republican budget for 2026 amounts to 436 million 398.4 thousand soms.
