The tax service reminded about the preferential conditions and simplified procedure for registration
The State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic informs that until March 1, 2026, entrepreneurs have the opportunity to legalize jewelry made from precious metals, even if there are no primary documents for them.
This applies to the remaining items that were previously imported or produced. The legalization process involves exemption from liability, as well as from the obligations of a tax agent.
During this period, reduced rates of assay fees apply:
- for items made of gold, platinum, and palladium — 10 soms per item;
- for silver items — 8 soms per item.
These benefits apply to both domestic and imported jewelry, including used items.
To register for legalization, it is necessary to create an electronic document in the electronic invoice system on the website esf.salyk.kg before March 1, selecting the section "Acquisition" — DPBU — "Entering information about precious jewelry items".
The GNS also warns that the document cannot be changed, so it is extremely important to enter information carefully and without errors.
