
According to the new initiative, during the legalization period, reduced rates of assay fees for testing and hallmarking of the items to be legalized are provided:
– for gold, platinum, and palladium jewelry, both domestic and foreign production (including used items) — 10 soms for each item;
– for silver jewelry of similar production — 8 soms per item.
To obtain exemption from liability, it is necessary to issue an electronic document through the electronic invoice information system by March 1, 2026.
The procedure for registration is as follows:
1. Go to the electronic invoice information system at esf.salyk.kg;
2. Navigate to the "Acquisition" section and select the DPBU subsection;
3. Click the "Add" button in the upper right corner;
4. In the pop-up window, select the option "Entering information about precious jewelry made of precious metals";
5. After selecting the option, the main details of the document will be generated automatically, and the taxpayer only needs to fill in the goods section according to the rules of paragraph 19 of the Procedure for registration and application of the invoice.
It should be noted that the electronic document is not subject to changes and cannot be canceled. Therefore, all entered data must be accurate and complete, as they are subject to mandatory accounting and cannot be changed or revoked.
