According to forecasts, in 2026, the capital's budget will amount to 25.32 billion soms, while in 2027, an increase to 27.46 billion soms is expected, indicating an increase of almost 2.1 billion soms over the year.
Tax revenues in 2026 are planned at 19.37 billion soms, and in 2027 — 21.51 billion soms, which will account for more than 75% of the total revenue.
The key source of tax revenues remains the income tax, which is collected by tax agents:
- in 2026 — 16.17 billion soms;
- in 2027 — 18.31 billion soms.
Also, in 2026 and 2027, revenues from property taxes will remain stable:
- real estate tax — 1.08 billion soms per year;
- land tax — 322.1 million soms annually.
It is projected that revenues from the tax on movable property will amount to 452.7 million soms each year in 2026 and 2027.
In addition, revenues from special regime trade are expected to be at the level of 835.3 million soms per year over the specified two years. Revenues from royalties are also anticipated to show moderate growth — reaching 38.5 million soms by 2027.
Comparing with the adjusted budget for 2025 (29.43 billion soms), a decrease in revenues is predicted for 2026; however, a recovery to their level is planned for 2027.
