It is worth noting that in 2023, a ban was introduced in Kyrgyzstan on the production and import of beer products that do not have excise tax labeling under the HS code 2203. Additionally, a ban was imposed on the circulation of all unmarked beer in the country. In 2022, a 100% state monopoly was established on the production, import, storage, and sale of ethyl alcohol.
