Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Major General of Police Erkebek Ashirkhodzhaev met with the shareholders in the city of Manas, located in the Jalal-Abad region, as well as with representatives of the construction company. A total of more than 100 people attended the meeting.
Also present at the event were employees of the Jalal-Abad regional police department and their leadership.
The citizens affected by the company's actions raised issues regarding the completion of unfinished construction projects using seized property, as well as compensation for material damage.
Ashirkhodzhaev informed the participants that the company's director is currently in custody and that investigative actions are ongoing.
According to the press service, a total of 66 cases have been registered against "Dastan Kurolysh" in the Jalal-Abad region, of which criminal cases have been initiated for 41 facts, consolidated into one proceeding and sent to court.
The total amount of damage caused exceeds 36 million soms.
At the end of the meeting, the deputy minister noted that the citizens' issues would be addressed, and all facts would be thoroughly investigated in accordance with the law. Measures will also be taken to protect the rights of the victims.
