As of the end of 2025, the implementation of state programs for preferential financing of agriculture is nearly complete. This was reported on February 11 by the Deputy Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, Mirbek Duyyshev.

Duyyshev noted that the FSH-13 program was fully executed by commercial banks, and the overall execution rate of all six programs reached 99.3%.
He also added that, despite the successful implementation, not all farmers and dykans received the necessary funding. "We have found common ground with the banks and plan to conduct a situation analysis throughout the year to redistribute funds between programs if necessary," the deputy minister clarified.

According to the deputy minister's information, in 2026, the total financing volume for the specified state programs is planned to be around 13 billion soms. If demand increases, funding may be redistributed among projects to ensure access for agricultural producers to preferential loans.
